Job interview -- a lecturer position

I was shortlisted for a lecturer position (fixed term) in the UK. It seems a teaching cover, so maybe it's why I can get the opportunity. I didn't get the job eventually, but it's really a great experience for me. The interview included two parts: research talk (10 mins presentation & 10 mins Q/A) and interview. I'd like to share the questions I was asked during the interview: 

1. Why do you apply for this position? 
2. I am not a linguist, so I'm not pretty sure what's new in your research. Could you explain what important findings are in your research and advance your field? 
3. In the following years, what's your plan of academic publication? What kinds of journals you'd like to submit your papers to? 
4. You were required to design two module outlines for final-year undergraduate students. Could you talk about what skills are the most important skills for final-year students to get from the two courses? 
5. When supervising undergraduate projects, what kind of support you would give to students? What skills can you teach them? 
6. This is a fixed term position. What is your plan after this? 
7. Do you have any questions for us? 

These questions are all very general/broad questions which you might encounter in different kinds of interviews. It is always good to think about these questions before the interview.
